We offer quick and easy kerbside check in for all of our guests. On arrival you will see a large white board where you will find your name and pitch number. Please take note of the diagram on the board below of how to set up your unit. Due to fire regulations you will be asked to move if pitched incorrectly. 

The Reception and Shop are on your left as you enter the walled area. Opening hours vary and are published on the door. 

The Toilet Block and Laundry are accessible to all. We also have a specially adapted Disabled and Family Bathroom which has a bath with handles, shower with folding wall seat for wheelchair users, baby changing facilities, sink, toilet set to wheelchair height and its’ own dedicated parking space. Please ensure that all elderly or disabled persons be accompanied by an able-bodied adult when using these facilities 

Please let us know at time of booking if you require a key NB: It is not radar operated.

The pitches are all grassed on fairly level ground and accessed from a hard road. If you would like a specific pitch near the toilet block, please let the manager know who will do their best to accommodate you .

The Fishing Lake is available to guests who hold a valid coarse fishing licence (tariff and terms and conditions apply) Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Vehicle access is not always allowed and is weather dependant. When vehicles are able to access the lake then parking is by the pond on a grassed area. Great care should be taken at all times. The Fishing is not suitable for disabled persons due to the steepness of the banks. No dogs allowed at lake .

There is a public telephone in the Laundry set to wheelchair user height, and a chair for elderly or disabled persons.

The Bus Service is minimal to Bridlington, but taxis are available on request.

The Manager will endeavour to assist with all reasonable requests.
