Thorpe Hall Caravan & Camp Site Tariff 2024
PLEASE NOTE:
- Tents are only permitted in the Main Area (maximum size 5m wide X 10m deep)
- The Paddock is reserved for caravans, motorhomes and campervans and tends to be quieter
- All pitches have electric hook up (there is no discount if you choose not to use it)
THE BASIC CHARGE INCLUDES:
- One Unit Per Pitch - Caravan; Motorhome; Campervan; Trailer tent or Tent
- 2 persons
- 1 vehicle
- Electric hook up
- A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required at the time of booking and will vary according to tariff
THE FREE STUFF…
- Up to 2 dogs stay FREE per unit a 3rd dog is £3.00 per night (dogs must be on a lead and kept under control at all times)
- You are allowed to erect an awning, drive-away awning or roll out canopy free of charge (no stand alone structures e.g. gazebo, day/kitchen tent)
- A small storage tent (maximum 4ft x 4ft footprint) is allowed free of charge but may only be used for storage or pets
- Free Wi-Fi available but you will be sharing a limited bandwidth with other guests so the coverage will be variable
- Electricity is included in the pitch fee

DEPARTURE TIME: 11.30am
Respect your neighbours: Keep noise to a minimum and strictly no noise 11pm - 8.00am

Extras
Terms & Conditions
- Additional person £4.00 per night (maximum of 6 persons per pitch )
- Dog £3.00 per night (1st two stay free, maximum 3 dogs per pitch)
- Additional vehicle charged at £2.50 per day (permit to be obtained and vehicle to be parked off the main campsite)
- Early arrival from 9.30am subject to availability £6.00 (please call the site 2-3 days in advance of arrival to enquire)
- Late Departure up until 3.30pm subject to availability £6.00
- A non-refundable deposit will confirm the booking and secure your pitch ** Minimum 3 Night Booking for Bank Holiday Weekends ** with a non-refundable/transferable deposit of £50
- Coarse Fishery usually open 1st March - 31st October and tariff/rules apply (may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility) NB: The lake may be closed at short notice so please check prior to arrival
* Gazebos, Day Tents, Shelters, Pup Tents are not permitted unless an additional pitch is
booked for it
* No Open Fires/Fire pits allowed

"This is a well maintained caravan site which is under "New Management".Neil and Kim keep everything spot on.This is our second long stay,2 wks,and we cannot complain about anything.We were able to use the toilet and shower facilities this time,and they were spotless at all times.All the staff on site are friendly from the cleaner to the management.There has also been a lot of maintenance work done at the fishing lake with all the overgrowth having been cut away.We will be returning here soon,as it is one of our favourite sites in the Yorkshire area.”
