Speed Limit and One Way System
In the interest of safety, please observe the 10mph speed limit and the one way system.

Fires
No fires are to be lit on the site except Barbecues with the Manager’s permission. Disposable Barbecues must be raised off the ground.

Fire Points
These are situated through-out the site. Please do not let children play with them or ring the alarm bells for fun.

Electric Hook-Ups
Please use carefully and do not over-load. It is assumed that the user’s own wiring is up to standard.

External Sinks
Are provided for vegetable preparation and washing-up.

Disabled Persons and Family Bathroom
This is available at no extra cost. Keys are given out on a refundable deposit basis at the Manager’s discretion. The special car park is only to be used by those equiring this facility.

Laundry
This is well equipped with a washing- machine, tumble-drier, sinks, iron and telephone.

Tourist Information
This is available from the Reception and Games Room.

Fishing
We have our own Coarse Fishery. Bailiff - Nicholas Smith Mobile 07 949 113 767.

Golf Practice
We have our own Three Hole Pitch and Putt Course in the Games Field. Ask at the Reception to borrow the Flags. Use own clubs and balls.

Games and TV Lounge
Open. 8am - 10pm.11pm at week-ends

Noise
Please limit the volume from your radio or cassette-player as a courtesy to your neighbours, especially between 8pm & 8am

Hot Water
Please check notices as to whether taps are regulated or not! Hot Water not be taken out of the Toilet Block.

Dogs
Are welcome but they must be kept under strict control at all times. They must not be taken into the Toilet Block, Laundry, Games Room or Reception
The dog-walking area is situated amongst the young trees to the west of the site. If your dog fouls the ground please clear it up immediately.

Games and Kite Flying
Please use the Games Field. Adjacent to the Games Room is a small childrens’ play area with sand-pit and climbing-frame. All ball games to be played in the Games Field and not in the vicinity of caravans or tents. This request is strictly applied. “Be warned !”

Late Arrivals
Please use the area designated to the right of the entrance behind the fence. You will be moved onto a pitch as soon as possible the next morning.

Damage
All damage must be reported to the Manager and in some cases paid for.

Complaints
Whilst we endeavour to maintain and improve the standard of the site, we also hope that your stay here will be an enjoyable one. If not, please inform the Manager.
